Experience:
Mr. Canevari graduated with Honors from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in marine engineering. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard Unlimited Third Assistant Engineer's license . He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Quinnipiac College
School of Law in 1988 and joined the firm in 1989. Between 1982 and 1989 Mr. Canevari worked as an Application Engineer on reciprocating compressors and as a Development Test Engineer on gas turbine engines. Mr. Canevari concentrates on marine personal injury cases, including the defense of occupational disease claims. He is experienced in cases involving collisions, engine damage and damage to underwater electrical cables. He has also worked on several major oil spills.
