Experience:
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Ross has been extensively involved in cargo damage claims and litigations in the Federal and State Courts of New York and New Jersey. He has arbitrated a wide variety of charter party disputes. He has handled numerous cases involving the loss of multiple containers overboard and is also experienced in hull claims, collisions, maritime liens, dock damage, general average and commercial litigation. Mr. Ross has drafted contracts, including ocean bills of lading for major carriers.
