The research conducted by Who’s Who Legal is based on questionnaires distributed seeking nominations of preeminent attorneys in the field. Those repeatedly nominated are then researched through the legal press, periodicals and the internet and a preliminary list of specialists is thereafter circulated for comment to private practitioners and corporate counsel in the field. The final list is refined further by face-to-face interviews.
