Austin graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in May 2024. At Seton Hall, Austin served as a Senior Editor for the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. Additionally, Austin took an active role on the Executive Board of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, helping to organize and moderate the Society’s Speaker Series. Further, Austin took advantage of the clinic positions available to him, granting him an opportunity to appear on behalf of clients in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice and the DNJ/SDNY Representation in Settlement Conference Practicum where he gained valuable experience advocating for clients in federal district courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Austin worked as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Christopher M. Troxell, J.S.C., Family and Special Civil Division, Law Clerk for McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., and Legal Intern for the Hon. Margaret Goodzeit, P.J., Chancery Division. Austin graduated from Wake Forest University in 2019 with a B.A. in Politics and International Affairs.
