We are seeking a paralegal with experience in personal injury defense. Duties include: preparing initial or follow-up discovery; preparing draft answers and responses to discovery; all pre-trial preparation including trial exhibits and witness lists; document organization; responsible for coordinating time-sensitive settlement checks; collecting and organizing medical records.
Seeking Associate
We are seeking an associate with 2-4 years personal injury litigation experience. Some experience in handling asbestosis litigation preferred, but not required.
