Dan Fitzgerald Elected to Partnership

We are pleased to announce that Dan Fitzgerald was elected to partnership in the Firm, effective January 1, 2012. Dan, who currently holds the rank of Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, graduated with distinction from the State University of New York Maritime College. While serving on active duty in the U.S. Coast Guard for five years, Dan obtained his law degree from New York Law School. After working for a leading New York maritime law firm and then serving as a Legal Advisor to an Assistant Commandant of the Coast Guard in Washington D.C., Dan joined FHM in 2005. Dan’s practice is concentrated on casualties, personal injury defense, maritime criminal cases and advising vessel owners on regulatory matters.
