FHM Partner Tom Russo at Propeller Club Convention

On October 6-8, FHM partner Tom Russo was a panel member at the 85^th Annual International Propeller Club convention is Tampa, Florida. With other participants, Mr. Russo addressed the topic of “Seafarers – An International Overview”, with a particular emphasis on the criminalization of maritime incidents and the prosecution of seafarers.
