On May 7, 2010 the U.S. Maritime Law Association elected Patrick Bonner as it’s 47th President. Pat has a long history of service to the MLA, previously having been Chair of the Coast Guard Committee, Treasurer, First and Second Vice-President and a member of the Board of Directors.
